Classy Bronze Bracelet
Easy enough to make two
Silicon bronze (98% copper) is soft to hammer, slightly gold-pink when buffed, and can be finished in matte, gloss, or high-gloss finishes. Optional letter stamping included.
These thick statement bracelets are custom fit to your wrist, form a lovely patina over time, and are naturally resistant to our marine climates. 3½ hours.
This is our top selling class, feel free to request a class if your preferred session is sold out.
Traditional Railroad Spike Knife
Commonly taught to beginners, this class uses railroad spike steel as a starting stock. This carbon steel is thicker and seems imposing to forge, lucky for you the forging part is the fun part. This is a longer class due to how much fun there is, but is truly a beginner class. 6 - 6½ hours.
Blacksmiths naturally team up for larger projects like this, one holding/directing, another just hitting. Bring a friend or partner for some old fashioned “team striking”
Easy Copper Feather
(NEW for 2025) The easiest metal to forge: copper is fun to texture and buffs up quite lovely. Make one or two. Pure copper is soft to hammer on but watch your forging temperatures. Quick, easy classes: 3 - 3½ hours.
(These pieces are designed as a holiday ornaments, necklaces, or earrings)

Sharp Sword Box Cutter Knife
Two edges, many techniques.
Celeste designed this “svelte” blade class to offer an easier/shorter session than the classic Railroad Spike Knife. You will still learn many critical skills (and even one or two additional techniques!). This is a supreme project for learning blacksmithing in steel, paced for beginners, and can be finished in an afternoon. 3½ hours.
